Agent Inbox
I love the simplicity of this. Giving an agent its own email and chat handles turns something abstract into something you can actually reach for, like adding a new colleague to your team. The moment I read it, I thought of all the times I've had to copy-paste context into a chat window or explain the same thing twice. If Agent Inbox lets me just forward an email or tag the agent in Slack, that's the kind of friction removal that actually sticks.
But I'd want to know how it handles noise. If anyone can email your agent, what stops spam or irrelevant requests from clogging its queue? And how does it keep context across different channels? If I ask it something on Telegram and follow up on Slack, does it remember? Those are the details that separate a toy from a tool.
Still, the direction feels right. We're moving toward agents being integrated into our communication layer, not just living in a separate app. This could be the first step to making agents feel like part of the team, not a separate tool you have to remember to open. I'm curious to see how it handles permissions and who gets to talk to the agent.
