Superdraft
Email is still the workhorse of revenue, and yet most teams send blast campaigns or rely on manual check-ins that never happen. Superdraft wants to make timing the product. Find the trigger, send the note, watch the metric move. I like that it's not another drag-and-drop email builder trying to reinvent Canva for newsletters. It's a layer that tells you when your customers are actually ripe for contact.
The smart part is picking moments that already exist in your data. Feature adoption gaps, pricing page visits, renewal windows. That's where the gold is hiding. But I'd want to know how it handles the messy reality of CRM data and whether it's too aggressive out of the gate. The risk is flooding inboxes with well-timed noise. The teams that win with this will be the ones who set clear rules and let the tool work within them. Garbage signals in means garbage touches out, so the curation layer is everything.
I'm bullish on the category, and I want to see if Superdraft can stay focused on trigger identification rather than drifting into full-suite bloat. If it nails that, it's a genuinely useful tool for lean startups that can't afford a revenue operations hire yet.
