IQ
I like the timing here. We're past the phase where companies just told everyone to "go play with ChatGPT" and now we're in the phase where CFOs are asking hard questions about the thousand-dollar monthly AI bills and whether anyone is actually getting value. A dashboard that makes AI usage visible feels like the natural next step in the maturity curve.
The name IQ is a bit on the nose, but it gets the point across. What I'd want to know is how deep the integration goes. Does it just track which tools get opened, or does it actually measure outcomes? There's a big difference between knowing your team used Claude for six hours and knowing whether that time produced better code or faster customer support. The metrics that matter are the ones tied to business results, not just activity logs.
I also wonder about the privacy angle. Employees might bristle at having their AI interactions monitored, especially if they're using these tools for personal tasks or side projects. The companies that win here will be the ones that frame this as enabling better work, not as surveillance. If IQ can position itself as a value amplifier rather than a watchdog, it has real legs. Otherwise it risks becoming the tool everyone finds a way to work around.
