Kai Resolve by Gleap
I'll admit, "support that does the digging for you" is the kind of one-liner that either changes the game or oversells a glorified search bar. But the direction is right. Support has spent years automating the easy stuff, the canned replies and the ticket routing. The hard part, the actual forensic work of figuring out why an error happened, has stayed stubbornly human. Kai Resolve is aiming straight at that gap.
What I'd want to know is how deep the digging really goes. Does it read the stack trace, correlate it with recent deploys, check the customer's session data? And more importantly, does it hand the human a confident answer or a pile of leads to verify? The trust factor matters. A support agent who's burned by confident AI guesses will stop reading them.
Still, this is the right problem to chase. Every founder I talk to says the same thing: support is where retention lives, and the bottleneck is investigation time, not response time. If Gleap can cut that down, even by half, that's a product with real pull. I'm watching to see if the demos hold up in messy, real-world data.
