The Brains
Every answer cited. That's the detail that makes this more than a cute metaphor. If founders and investors really operated like MCP servers, you could query someone's experience and immediately check it against deals, metrics, or past predictions. That would change how due diligence works, and it would change how AI agents learn what good advice even looks like.
I like the idea as a verification layer. The hardest problem in AI-generated startup advice is that it sounds confident and is often wrong. Wiring human expertise into a protocol with citations doesn't fix that by magic, but it gives you a way to trace every claim back to a person who has to stand behind it. That's a real improvement over the current state of things.
What I'd want to know next is who actually signs up. Investors love talking about their wins, but would they expose their misses the same way? The value of the system depends on the honesty of the sources, and that's a people problem, not a protocol problem.
