Resend Inboxes
The part that gets me is "connect your agents." Resend built its name making email delivery boring and reliable for developers. Now it wants to be the place where AI agents live inside the inbox thread. That's a big swing from infrastructure to application layer, and it tells you where the market is heading — every AI agent needs a way to send and receive mail, and right now that's a pile of hacks.
I'd want to know how this stacks against Front or even Gmail's shared inboxes. Resend's edge is developer trust and API-first DNA, but shared inboxes are a product problem, not just an API problem. Workflows are where I think it gets interesting. If teams can route email through agents and automation without leaving the tool, that's a real wedge.
I'm curious who this is for. Small dev teams building agent products, or bigger ops teams? And pricing — per seat, per inbox, per agent? Those answers decide whether this is a feature or a business. For now, I like the direction. Email is still where work happens, and someone has to make it agent-ready.
