Triage by Chodeberg
I dig the simplicity here. Reproducing bugs in clean sandboxes is one of those obvious-in-hindsight moves that way too many teams skip because it feels slower up front. The payoff is huge though, you kill the he-said-she-said around bug reports and actually get to root causes fast.
For a startup, bug triage speed is product velocity. Every hour spent chasing a phantom issue is an hour not spent on features users are begging for. Sandbox reproduction forces clarity before the team burns a sprint debating whether something is real.
What I'd want to know is how this scales. Clean sandboxes are great for a few reports, but does the setup choke when the queue hits a hundred tickets after a launch spike? If it holds up under load, this becomes a no-brainer for lean teams. If not, it's a nice ritual for the occasional tough case and nothing more.
I'm cautiously excited. The principle is sound and the execution seems focused on doing one thing well, which is rare enough in dev tools these days.
