Tori
Every week there's a new AI support agent, and they all say the same thing. So when Tori rolls in calling itself the smartest, my first instinct is to ask what that actually means in practice. Can it resolve a complex, multi-step issue without a human stepping in? Does it actually reduce churn, or just make customers feel like they're talking to a slightly more patient robot?
The focus on customer success is the interesting angle here. Most support tools are built for deflection, getting the customer out of the queue fast. Tori seems to be aiming at the broader relationship, which is a smarter long-term play. If an AI can spot a struggling account and proactively offer help before they churn, that's a different value proposition entirely.
I'd want to see real case studies, churn numbers, and honest data on escalation rates. The AI support space is getting noisy fast, and the winners will be the ones who can prove ROI, not just demo a slick interface. Tori has the right pitch, now it needs the receipts.
