ExcaliClaw
I love the idea of an AI that draws with you instead of dumping a finished diagram on your lap. Most tools treat the AI as the final renderer β you describe what you want, it builds a clean chart, done. ExcaliClaw flips that into a back-and-forth, which feels closer to how people actually think on a whiteboard. The hand-drawn aesthetic helps too; it signals rough, iterative, not-yet-final, which is exactly the mindset you want during early ideation.
What I'd want to know is how the agent decides what to draw next. Does it follow your lead, mirror your strokes, or propose its own shapes and labels? And how does it handle ambiguity when your sketch is messy or half-finished? The collaboration loop is the whole product, so the quality of that interaction will make or break it. I'm also curious whether it's built on top of Excalidraw's open-source core or something new entirely.
I think there's a real niche here for founders and product teams who live in diagram tools. If the agent can genuinely keep pace and add useful structure without taking over, this could become a default way to brainstorm. I'd want to see it in action before I'm fully sold, but the direction feels right.
