What happens when two people who don't even know each other, and don't like each other either, are abducted by aliens together? The story in Human Holes varies from the standard alien abduction tale in that the aliens know English and can communicate with the two humans, although their voices are gravely and hard to understand at times. Or that may be just me. What they have to say isn't all that encouraging. How can these two people convince them that they, and the rest of earth's human species
